The hiring process is pretty long and outdated. You will first have a screen with the HR contractor. Their questions are very robotic and there is no back and forth. They ask, you answer, and move to the next. It’s pretty cold.
Once you move on to the hiring manager you get the standard 30 minute screen with the hiring manager.
Everyone is incredibly smart, knows their product, and is very nice. However, it is a very old school organization and their job duties and titles are not competitive with similar organizations. I got the impression they are very hung up on hierarchy and very specific steps to advance in the organization. They also value sales experience as essential to entering the marketing role (which doesn’t always make for a great marketer)
