The entire process took about 1.5 month. Initial phone screen followed by hiring manager and final panel interview. Everything went well, combined behavioral and subject related questions. Out of 5, one panel interviewer with so much of attitude boasting about the company and criticizing about working in smaller companies. I believe that's very irrelevant and whether it is a smaller company or big its about the opportunity we took on and knowledge we gained. Other 2 panel interviews was just casual talk. Other 2 panel interviewers asked lot on behavioral and some subject related. So basically, actual interview questions was asked by 2 panel members only and they decided based on that. Recruiter was good. Atleast she called to inform about their decision. But the feedback provided by them was not good, you cannot really determine that candidate is fit for only particular position everyone wants to grow in their career and everyone deserves an opportunity. Hope they stop giving such feedbacks.
