Very poor and chaotic process. First round/screening call with TA who couldn't tell me anything about the company let along the department or role I'd applied for. Second round with hiring manager, who was very senior, didn't have a clue about the process, what had happened before, what the role really was. Shocking, so unprepared I was embarrassed for them. Then a month of silence. I chase up weekly for feedback as I'd write them off already. I was passed around four different TA/HR people before someone promised to provide feedback that week. Another week and still nothing. Finally get a call and get the most ridiculous reason why they won't be progressing my application. So ridiculous I check they have the right feedback for me and the role I'd applied for!
