Went through 16 separate interviews (for two of the same positions, one opening after the other) - over 12 hours of interviewing across three months. This was for a Sr. Manager role, the lowest role in the department - far more time than the position warranted. Was not selected for the first opening but was invited to interview for the second opening. In the end they could not stick making a decision by the deadline they originally committed to, even after I notified them that I had another equivalent company waiting on my decision for an offer. Told them I would be taking the other offer if they did not give me an answer within a week and did not get a response. Two months later I got a form letter notifying me they’d decided to go with another candidate, as though I hadn’t already taken myself out of the candidacy. Incredibly unprofessional, will never apply to this organization again.
