I had a screening call, the person who did the call was really nice. Basic questions - going over your resume, why Astellas etc. She made it seem like they really liked me and wanted to set up an interview with the HR manager the week after. 2 days later, I get a rejection letter. Please be transparent. Don't get the applicant hopes up.

Very straightforward and fast process. Recruiter reached out and quickly scheduled interview. Interview panel was within days and presentation was given to senior leadership. It was one of the shorter MSL interviews I’ve experienced.

Interviewed by quite a rude man who made it clear throughout the interview that he would've preferred a pharmacist. Wasn't given ample time to create clinical presentation and felt like he was trying to poke holes in my competency interview answers. Very offputting. Wouldn't have accepted the job if I'd have been offered it.
