Really confused as to why my interview was with Sales Managers? as opposed to recruiters? Found them to be quite rude and condescending which was not the best experience. Seems like they looked down on me being new into the workforce.
It was short and not too difficult. more of a culture fit assessment than anything and they want to know if you want to be a seller. one initial phone screen with their internal recruiter and then an in office visit with a director and a sales manager. nice offices.
Quick 3 round process - phone virtual and in person. Each one lasting anywhere from 20-60 minutes. First would be with a recruiter. Second would be with a team member wherever you’re located then last part would be an onsite interview
3 step process. phone screen, panel, chat with director. very straight forward and engaged. also very responsive. offer came out quickly. although not the highest paying, you can make up for it through commission.
