I applied online. I interviewed at Aston Carter in Jul 2022
Interview
I applied for a few roles online and received an email back from a recruiter to set up some time to chat and learn more about what I was looking for. I scheduled the interview through their Calendly and then never heard anything when the interview time came. I left them a voicemail and emailed to see if we were still meeting or of we needed to reschedule. I never heard anything back. I eventually looked them up on LinkedIn and realized they are based in India which was odd considering the roles I applied for were based in the US.
I wouldn't be surprised if they're just collecting resumes to farm data to sell. The experience was unprofessional and annoying to say the least.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aston Carter (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jul 2022
Interview
The first interview was with a Sourcer. We went through my experience and they told me a little bit about the position. They asked me specific questions about my experience relevant to the open position. I asked some questions but they weren't able to answer all of them due to not knowing the information. Then they told me what the next steps would be.
