First interview with manager
Then, I had 3 panel interviews

It was intense but i enjoyed the conversation
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Chennai) in Dec 2014
Interview
2 rounds, i technical 1 HR
It is a support role. so the interview was easy
my previous experience and technologies
work process, Development activities done for my previous projects.
Regarding cloud technologies, as i will be supporting SFDC application
Interview in which I was required to present my research. Interviewers then asked questions on my work. Interviewers were keen to see how my work could be used in the research project they advertised.
Applied. Heard back within a week that a screener was desired. Scheduled it. Recruiter was 30 minutes late. She said she had double booked and the other interview had run long. First red flag. I had my camera on, she did not. I went to turn mine off after a few minutes. She asked me to turn it back on, but she never did. Second red flag. Some discussion of my resume, with questions about why I had left previous jobs and why I want to leave my current job. After this AstraZeneca inquisition, I was asked for my desired salary, which I had listed in my application. I was told that even though the range was from 190k to 289k, in reality it was more like 200-220k. I told them that would not work and that I would have to withdraw. Waste of 30 minutes. AstraZeneca should not be late, not follow their own interview instructions and lie about salary expectations on their job descriptions. Shake my head
