I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Lorton, VA) in Apr 2021
Interview
I was initially reached out to by the recruiter following my application to set up my interview.
The interview process consisted of 3 one-on-one 30 minute interviews one after the other with their panel of interviewers.
I applied online. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Gaithersburg, MD) in May 2017
Interview
I applied online and recieved a call back within a little over ten days. The phone interview was simple. The recruiter worked directly for AstraZeneca's human resources. She asked for my work/ experience background. About one week after my phone interview, I recieved an in-person interview with several potential co-workers and different shift supervisors.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2016
Interview
After submitting an online application, I was sent an email asking to schedule a phone interview. They also called to set up the phone interview prior to my email response - very prompt. The phone interview took about a half hour. I got the impression that this initial phone screening process was contracted out, so the person with whom I was speaking did not directly work for MedImmune. She was courteous, the questions were fairly straightforward. Primary downside was not having my application advanced further for a face-to-face interview.
