The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Mar 2010
Interview
My first interview was a 20min phone interview. Basic compentency questions. Why pharma? Salary expectations and some behavioral questions. Two weeks later the district manager called me for a f2f interview. He asked 5-6 behavioral questions, all answered in STAR format. He called two weeks later and the position was offered to an internal candidate since the position is contract. He said I needed more pharmaceutical sales experience. I only have biotech experience.
