Interview
First step, they will ask you to complete a pymetrics online assessment and the when you passed someone will contact you from the talent acquisition team.
Second, a 30-min screening interview with the hiring manager. If you pass, there will be another round.
Third, an hour and 45-min interview process. The first 30mins - they will give a situation and you will be given 30-min to read and try to find out what is wrong or missing on that situation. The rest of the interview will be technical questions and value based/behavioural questions.

Interview
I received an invitation to complete a recorded HireVue interview about two weeks after I submitted my application. I found the HireVue process and questions to be easy and fun. Within a week of the HireVue I was invited to a video interview with two hiring managers for one hour. They were pleasant, engaging, and informative about the role and the company.

The video interview asked situational questions as they related to AstraZeneca's core values. Like, 'tell me about a time when you did the right thing' and 'tell me about a time when you put the patient first', etc.
Genuine interview. Only deserving candidates will clear. Good knowledge of diseases, drugs and clinical research is needed. ICH-GCP knowledge is Mandatory along with local country regulations knowledge Usually 3 steps (India). Presentation and discussions
