During the interview I was in the room with 2 other people - senior managers for manufacturing processes. They tell me more about the company, let me introduce myself. They followed interview´SOP, from which they choose questions, they asked me. After that I had around 5 minutes to field study. They briefly explained me process and then show me the made problem and left the room.

Very friendly staff. Assessment day consisted of an interview and a group exercise. The interview was conducted by two process engineers, one from product development and one fro chemical development. Started off with competency based questions then technical questions. The group activity consisted of a group discussion and then the second task was to build a bridge made of spaghetti and marshmallows.
