Interview
They will ask you tech questions and will ask what you know about the company. Be sure to review the links they sent in the email. But they mostly ask customer service questions. They don’t ask many tech questions. They only asked me three. They asked me how do I back up my phone, what’s the difference between a hard reset and a soft reset and what reason do I usually do a soft reset on my phone.
I applied online last night and I have already received a phone call and email with instructions for a phone interview. I will receive a call tomorrow morning and then take it from there. They have made the process so easy!!
