HR contacted me, had a phone interview and was asked to submit answers to some poorly-worded questions. Had a video interview with the hiring manager which didn’t go well. She looked completely uninterested and she kept interrupting me, very unprofessional.

Question 1

Phone screen -> HM -> 3 days case study -> presentation -> a couple of panelists
I am writing this review hoping that other candidates will not experience what I had. They rescinded my offer a day after they gave me a verbal.
I did everything I needed to do as a candidate, from getting alignment on compensation early in the interview process all the way to spending my entire weekend working on their case study.
Got a call 2 days after the last interview with recruiter saying "they are anticipating an offer the next day". So I turned down the other offer I had in hand and withdrew from other interview processes.
Then, Asurion rescinded their offer the next day and didn't give any feedback except that my TC expectation was way higher than their budget. But didn't the recruiter and I already agreed on the range in our first phone call? The HM gave an OK because he said he wanted to attract talents.
I was left in a bad position and had to start everything from square one. It was a lesson learned for me - Asurion is not a trustworthy company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Nashville, TN)
Interview
It was well organized and questions were not too difficult. There were no odd ball questions like if you were a fruit what fruit would you be. I had a screening with HR and then I was screened by the hiring manager. Then I had about 6 consecutive interviews with various individuals. STAR method was very helpful as the questions were behavioral. HR was great at being proactive in their communication. It was a good experience.

Share an accomplishment that you are most proud of and why.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Smyrna, TN) in Jun 2019
Interview
There were two phone interviews and one half day of individual interviews with six people. The interviews were 'conversational' and relaxed. I felt the need to drop any 'canned' response and be authentic. It felt more like several individual conversations then an interview. The whole thing was handled and managed professionally. I felt respected and as if I was very important to each of the interviewers.
