I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2018
Interview
I met a person in the Data Science team at my campus career fair. We discussed my resume/projects for a half hour. Then I was invited for an onsite interview a few weeks later.
The onsite interview was 4 rounds with 5 people in total. 1 round was resume based, two were focused on taking business problems and formulating as Data Science problems and one was technical. Technical round was straightforward, business-focused rounds typically never have one right answer so were hard for me to judge.
A week later I was told I'd be given an offer and they set up a meeting with their VP of analytics who just wanted to have mostly an informal conversation about my resume/projects.
Overall, the process was quite straightforward.
