Applied online and received an email 7 days later to do a recorded phone interview. Phone interview asked 3 basic questions about customer service. Got a call the next day to schedule a video interview. Video interview went very well. Lasted about 45 minutes. I was asked about 8 questions. Mostly customer service but some questions about my phone and favorite apps. Interviewer was very nice and made me feel less nervous. The next day I got a call with a job offer. Going through background check now. Will start at the end of this month.
