After submitting my resume for the position, I received an email requesting me to complete a recorded phone interview. You click a link and fill out a form, then you are given a phone number to call. A recorded message asks three customer service scenario questions for you to answer, much like leaving a voicemail message. There is no option to re-record your response.
The following day I received a "thanks, but no thanks" email.
The process is fairly laughable. I guess 20 years of customer service experience, and five years in tech wasn't enough.
Shame that a voicemail process of interviewing determines this company's future employees.
