Solid basic interview about tech support, had many like it. Experience based questions. Some questions on cell phone technical knowledge. Questions about preview customer satisfaction and aptitude for helping. Overall good experience, very friendly.
very robotic generic questions, no relatable the the job. had to drive to the the physically office just to be placed in a cubicle to do an interview on zoom.
Pretty good interview process. It’s tech support with a side of sales or up sales incorporated. The recruiter was very nice and it seemed like a straightforward process, I thought it seemed like a great place to work but ended up getting an offer for more money.
