I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Arlington, VA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Consisted of one phone call with a recruiter and a day of interviews on site with three different people. The phone call was simple. The recruiter just went through my resume and asked me to explain it in more detail. The day of interviews included talking with three different managers from different sectors of the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Asurion (Singapore)
Interview
It was chill and relaxed, questions asked were appropriate and relevant to experience. Some technical questions were asked in the first round but nothing too difficult if you're aware of how requirement gathering works:
- scope
- gap analysis
- requirements
- system changes
- change requests

Question 1
Q: what are things filed as when a change is needed outside of the project scope?
Behavioral questions, excel questions, SQL questions. Phone screen, 2 phone interviews, technical/practical assessment. Not too bad, long wait between interviews. I would recommend the process overall. Why do I have to enter 30 words?
