Easy basic phone questions like what do you use apple or android. Do you know how to update the device. Basic tech questions and very casual conversation. Awkward interview location glass see through door near entrance so everyone can see you as they walk in. No privacy during interview
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Asurion (Augusta, GA) in Jan 2022
Interview
This interview process was typical--about 30 minutes long. Surprisely, there was more customer service than technical based questions. My biggest dislike in the process is I was never contacted back to see if I got the position or not. Even though, I was advised to contact the recruiter if I haven't heard from them in a week. Which I did. I just got the no answer is the answer. Which I think is unfair and unprofessional.

Whats your strength and weakness?
There is nothing to it...they call you then go on site answer a few questions and if you qualify to the position than you are in....back ground check and drug screen of course
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Asurion (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2020
Interview
Fast and easy, first a phone interview then a zoom video call for the second interview. Got an offer 4 days later then was able to take my drug screen and do my background check
