Interview
Very easy going , zoom style interview , very informative and communication with management was amazing they reply very fast. I received an email from a recruiter about 3 days after I applied , we scheduled an interview for the next morning . The entire interview was about 35-40 minutes long I was told that I would receive a response within 72 hours informing if I got the job or not . Within 4 hours I received an offer letter detailing my role , pay and possible schedule .

The interview process for the customer service position started with a phone screening where they asked about my availability, background, and basic customer service experience. After that, I was invited for an in-person (or virtual) interview with the hiring manager. During the interview, they asked behavioral questions like how I handle difficult customers, how I stay calm under pressure, and how I work as part of a team. They also gave a few scenarios and asked how I would respond. The whole process was straightforward and focused on communication skills, patience, and problem-solving.
