There were several interviews and a writing sample. The lengthy process is a little much for an Associate-level position. They mostly asked standard interview questions. The process seems to be quicker when interviewing remotely.
There were few rounds of interviews and a writing assignment which is not bad and pretty standard. The last round was an on-site with multiple employees so it took a few hours but otherwise pretty simple and straightforward.
