Their recruitment process is flawed. They arrange interview but have no record of it, and kept sending me repeated emails and invitations for interview, despite my accepting it. On the day, they didn't log on. It was remote. Come the day, the interviewer was extremely unprofessional. patronising, asking irrelevant trick questions. To crown it all I couldn't understand the interviewer due to poor network connection and his accent. So his questions were not clear. It was an interrogation not a discussion for employment. On one occasion we had to log off and back. With a process like this, I wasn't keen on offering my services. It begs the question what the culture is like.
