Interview
It'll not be your usual type of interview. You don't need to prepare anything on the technical side of things. All the questions are more of behavioral/situational, I'm not saying it's bad but I'm not saying it's good too. The hiring manager will want to test how you'll react in uncomfortable situations by asking very hard questions like who's your worst teammate/subordinate, and a lot of other very hard questions (for me). He says that joining their company will make your life miserable. I kinda get what he wants to achieve, but I just don't know if it's effective. I have a strong feeling that if you get into the role and be accepted, your life will really be miserable anyways. The hiring manager also has a very arrogant tone (he says that he's better than most of other data people out there) and has ton of other red flags. He also says that he's not there to sell the company to you and in fact will even make you not wanna join their company. As soon as you hear this, I think it'll be best to just end the interview. But congrats to the person who'll get accepted but proceed with caution if you want to avoid hell :)
