After engaging with internal staff, it seems to me that the only thing going for this company is the flexibility. Salary is low, as well needs major improvements in sales compensation structure. Noone seems to be motivated here. 2nd and 3rd interviews were to get to know the staff and the conversations that I've had were pleasant. Once I got to the CCO (Chief Client Officer), the convo was very dry and disengaging, not structured and more convo. Super long process and very unorganized. No future acceleration with this company...
