Interview
I interviewed in Nairobi , November 2024. The interview process itself was typical after passing the almost two hours test gorilla exams . The interviewer was okay and made it more of a conversation than formal interview so it felt relaxed. In my opinion the tests should only come after the interview as its such a lengthy process just to get disqualified in a 15 minute interview. Will not be trying again.
