First step is a phone screening. Pretty straight-forward. I was informed while on the phone with HR that I would be asked to continue the interview process and visit the building, which I agreed to. Afterward, I was briefly greeted by HR and met with two members of upper management. It was a pretty laid-back interview. Really more of a conversation. They explained the role and a little bit about the firm. There was a weird follow-up interview via phone where I spoke with about four representatives from the firm, none of whom I can even remember who I spoke with. It was unorthodox and clumsy, but not that big of a deal. I received an offer letter about 2-4 weeks after the final interview.
