Started with a phone interview with a recruiter, from there I had 3 separate interviews as well as an assigned project to complete. Additionally, the recruiter submitted my application for a different position than the one I originally applied for, without telling me. Furthermore, after completing interviews that were weeks apart and doing a project as well as a final interview with the VP, I never heard back. I sent follow-up emails and never got a response. To spend months interviewing and then to be completely ignored is VERY unprofessional in my opinion.
