Interview
The interview process was multi tiered. First you will have a phone interview from HR. If you meet the requirements and locations that they are looking for then you will schedule an interview with the regional managers, HR, and possibly the owner of the company. They will then arrange tours of the possible clinics that you could work in and meet with each facility manager. If your qualifications meet the company the regional manager will call you back and possibly schedule another meeting in person for coffee etc. Usually at this point they will offer you a job.

Question 1
One interesting question that was asked was how would you deal with a combative patient.
1 The recruiter will call you for a phone screen. Around 30 minutes.
2 The regional director will interview you.
3 You will go to the clinic and shadow in the clinic for 1 hour to see how the clinic operates. Then the clinic manager will do the interview.
I received my result after 2 weeks.
