Atkins Digital and Technology interview questions

This is a review of the online assessment. Haven't received response yet from the company but I know already that I am not starting my career here. You get verbose report automatically after the assessment. No scores. After the online application, I received an invite to complete an online "immersive assessment". The assessment had numerical and verbal components and its administered by some company called "we are amberjack". At the end of the assessment, you'll get a report that says that they have measured your "applied verbal intellect", "applied numerical intellect", "grit", "digital mindset", "creative force". According to the report, the "applied intellect" does not reflect scores from the numerical and verbal tests, so how was it determined? There are question responses towards the end of the assessment and 2 of the questions are exactly the same questions framed differently. Then after answering these questions in text, you are required to record a video of one of the questions you already answered in text. Shows no respect of candidate's time.
