Atkins Graduate Civil Engineer interview questions

Performed online assessments and a quick telephone interview which all went fine. Got to the assessment centre stage which felt overly formal and fake making the atmosphere uncomfortable. I managed to shake it off and everything was going rather well until the interview stage where the interviewers discussed one of the tests I performed that day. Overall that went okay but the interviewers were rather awkward and where quite arrogant in the way they were replying. The finalised role was also completely different as the one advertised and so I was rather glad that I was not offered the position at the end of it. I had spoke to many of the other applicants afterwards and all of them said that they felt the same about the atmosphere.
