I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atkins (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
A formal process within the Euston Tower office in London. It consisted of a lot of the normal questions you would expect from any interview. However, the last question is usually a bit more difficult to answer. Always good to have some of your own questions ready to ask at the end.

Question 1
You are given an object that is typically a structural connection or something else within the structural engineering world. You are then asked what you think it is used for and why you think this.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Atkins (Derby, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Basic Qs, expected from a final stage interview. More of a conversation eg I would answer a Q and then the interviewer would ask something adding onto what I just said etc. Very friendly interviewers.
