Assessment centre.
Day started with an intro to the company and the specifics of the role applied for.
Then started a technical exam, written by the area of business applied for ranging from 30-60 mins.
Then a general interview consisting of compentancy based questions and technical questions based on your answers in the technical test you have just taken.
Once the interview is complete everyone takes a general break for lunch and current graduates come to the lunch giving an opportunity to ask any questions about the grad scheme and their work.
After lunch a team work exercise was completed and finally a case study essay was to be completed.

The interview process was fairly basic with questions regarding your motivations, experiences and knowledge. The technical question/challenge was hard. They say that revision is not needed beforehand, but you really need to if you want a better outcome than mine.

Own application portal. Had an aptitude test which was set up like an office environment. At the end I received a report of my strengths. The interview itself was 1 hour 30. Went over the company and technical questions, as well as a lot of time to ask your own questions

It was online , was very good and top level questions, overall a very good experience .it was online , working from home , 30min interview,was ver good experience , and technical questions.
