I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atkins (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2008
Interview
Process involved an interview at the office, 2 people interviewed me. Staff were nice and seemed happy, good team atmosphere (sign of good work culture). I got the impression talking to other staff at the time you could get all your IDP experience completed within 2 years, not sure if it would be the same in today's economy. Nice spacious office layout, though be it in an industrial park. Job offer arrived promptly by courier the following week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview questions were nothing out of the ordinary, although afterwards they have you sit at a table and fill out an application form, which I found a bit strange for a professional salaried position. You have to complete work and educational history with addresses and dates, phone numbers, previous salary etc - not the sort of details you generally have on hand at an interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Atkins (Bengaluru) in Jul 2023
Interview
Three rounds of interview . One is group discussion and second is design lead interview and finally HR interview. They take your interviews and it is good and they make you comfortable

Question 1
Technical Questions related to my portfolio and also questions about myself
Unprofessional conduct of interview. Overall horrible experience. The interviewer was in chappals and chewing a gum while asking questions ! Unexpected and highly devaluing atmosphere for the interviewee. The overall demeanor of his was rude and arrogant . I wanted to move out of the room but keeping in mind of the repute of the company "Atkins" I patiently waited for the interview to get over .
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Atkins (Bengaluru) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was called by the company for the position of an Architect. The overall experience was good. Most of the employees are young and the interview process is smooth. First round was personal interview where you will be asked about your experiences and basic explanation of the project you've worked upon. Second round is to test your technical skills and the final one is with HR.
