Assessment centre involved a group task and a written exercise task. In the group task, analyse 4 locations for a development project. In the written exercise, analyse a process from different documents/email excerpts and identify ways to improve it.

The interview process was fairly basic with questions regarding your motivations, experiences and knowledge. The technical question/challenge was hard. They say that revision is not needed beforehand, but you really need to if you want a better outcome than mine.

Own application portal. Had an aptitude test which was set up like an office environment. At the end I received a report of my strengths. The interview itself was 1 hour 30. Went over the company and technical questions, as well as a lot of time to ask your own questions
