The interview was relaxed and friendly. Some of the questions were a bit difficult but the interviewers made me feel at ease and were very encouraging. Some questions about yourself and some technical questions.

What damage may you expect in a building after a flood

Interview
Apply online, they immediately send a situational judgment test which is standard. They give numerous office situations about how you would respond if workflow was unexpectedly altered and what to do in teamworking situations. Then they sent 3 other written questions about the role I applied for. Then there was an online interview where I was asked a mixture of regular and technical questions.

First you register your details then complete an Online Situational judgement test with multiple choice, followed by a questionnaire on your motivation and interest and then a virtual business video interview
