Atkins Principal Structural Engineer interview questions

Standard job application followed by single interview in person followed by offer. There was nothing unusual about the process. it followed the usual process as you would expect with any interview with any company. It didn't require me to prepare anything particular to present etc etc. The interview panel focused less on my technical ability and more on what I would bring to the company beyond that.
