Applied for a Recruitment role. I raised a question through their chat function with the person responsible for the role, which i thought is a nice feature and feels engaging, however no-one bothered to respond. A month since having applied, I have not heard back. With modern ATS capability, this is inexcusable. I hear from some many candidates in my role, day-in-day out, that they don't hear back from applications, It is poor practice and lazy. Respond to your applicants, They have put time into their application so the least you can do is respond to them within a reasonable time span.
