From what I recall, the interview process consisted of one telephone interview. It was quite simple and mostly the interviewer was just checking to see if I would be willing to work in the field in cold/harsh conditions. If you were selected for an interview you were already qualified. After being selected for the job there were a few other phone calls to discuss salary, accommodations and travel details.
