Generally plesant interview with basic questions around managing change. Pretty generic interview with no real personality to it, very confined to set questions which limited being able to speak to the problem solving that might actually take place in role (even when asked to exapand on the demands of the role). I have rated my experience as negative because, despite an overall positive interview, they ghosted me after saying I would hear within a week and even after following up with a recruiter didn't respond - should not be happening at a company of this size after any interview stage and makes me concerned what the culture of the company might actually be like.
