Applied online for a Recruiter role. Had a quick phone conversation and then an onsite interview with many senior recruiters there. They asked me multiple questions about why I wanted to get into the field. All very welcoming and nice. Just wanted to make sure that I could do well in the industry.
The interview process was good, it was thorough but moved along quickly which is a hard balance. The recruiters are knowledgeable and helpful in gaining key insights or answering any questions.
