The interview was very quick and easy. I will say that the recruiter was not great at getting back to me throughout the onboarding process, and I was never told what training would entail or that I was working full-time for 2 weeks. Despite that, the branch manager was great throughout the process.

I interviewed for this position three separate times. The first two interviews were during the acquisition of Sandy Shores Banks, so I knew there would be a bit of scrambling. On my third and final interview, I had been transparent with my interviewers and told them I kept applying because I see a future here, a potential for a long, rewarding career that can end in secure retirement.
