I was shortlisted after the on-campus coding round of Atlassian but had a medical emergency on the day of the interview and they initially promised that they will definitely take my interview on a later date, but they never bothered to take any interview or even reply back.

Question 1
One of my friends was asked questions on projects, DS/Algos, System Design.
Interview was smooth. Technical round first then behavioral. Friendly interviewers. Technical round was a leetcode medium but they expected to be optimized to pass certain edge cases.Behavioral interview was prertty standard and was mainly about their company values.

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
