I went through multiple rounds, it was a standard interview process with portfolio presentation included near the end with senior designers of the team. Felt like I was well prepared for every step

After two pleasant and positive interviews, the recruiter said she was happy to move me on to the third round with a panel of 5 people. She asked for my availability and then I never heard from her again. I politely reached out 3 more times after that and CC'd other Atlassian recruiter team members but received no response. It was a frustrating end to what began as a lovely experience with Atlassian.

Great experience, staff was helpful in setting up for success. Nice team as well. There were multiple rounds including values, case study, portfolio review and recruiter calls. The team was fantastic and enthusiastic, they went above and beyond to make sure I had all the info needed.
