The recruiter Gretchen was incredibly responsive, genuine, polite, professional, and transparent. She provided all the info about the interview process and questions for preparation. She also followed up after the interview time on the interview date. I didn’t pass the technical interview; however, I learned a lot from the interview. Moreover, the interviewer was very patient, supportive, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate this interview experience. Not only did I learn how professional and approachable each individual was during the process but also how happy they are at Atlassian. Hands down!!
Phone screening was scheduled and took the day off to prepare. I was waiting for the recruiter in our scheduled zoom call for 10 minutes and then she emailed me asking if we could reschedule. I was understanding and replied back to the email and said sure what time works best for you? Well I never got a reply back. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of other peoples time.
