Main interviews were the following 4: Software development - checked how I code and what I think about. Was using my own IDE and my language of choice. The interviewer was good. Algorithms - coding some basic leetcode algorithm Values - "soft skills" one about matching their values "Management" - another soft skills one, not sure why they need that one to be honest. I got good feedback during the process and I was thinking I will get a P5 "Senior" grade. After all I was told that I'm P4 (lower grade, not a senior) "Because I did not lead a cross team features". And this is lower salary and all. If they have told me at the beginning that I can't get P5 it would save all of us time. Disappointed.
