I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Atlassian (Bengaluru) in Oct 2021
Interview
Overall the process was quite long. HR shared the preparation material. Interview questions were pretty much the same as they are openly available. One thing which was a deal-breaker, although HR said every round was an elimination round, after all 5 rounds I was told I didn't write modular code in the first round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Election problem, confluence structure problem and one on rate limiter.
Interview was smooth. Technical round first then behavioral. Friendly interviewers. Technical round was a leetcode medium but they expected to be optimized to pass certain edge cases.Behavioral interview was prertty standard and was mainly about their company values.

Question 1
Leetcode question then improve its performance. Mention time complexity
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
