I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Atlassian (Austin, TX) in May 2022
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin and sent me a calendar invite to schedule an interview. We had our interview and she was so rude and judgey the whole time. I got the feeling she did not like me or anything I said. At one point she said, “I see you didn’t accept my Linkedin invite.” Excuse me? You sent me a message which I did respond to, not an invite. She then rudely corrected me when I pronounced “Atlassian” wrong. Sorry for making a mistake. It totally left a bad taste in my mouth and then she completely ghosted me after saying she was going to send me a follow up email and schedule the next interview. So unprofessional, I will never interview with this company again.

Interview
The process began with a phone interview, leading to three in-person interviews. I felt like the team was transparent with me throughout the process. When I was presented with an offer from another organization, I was asked to hold off on accepting, and my manager was able to make an offer that I could easily accept.
