I'm biased because I ended up accepting my offer, but I had an exceptional experience interviewing with Atlassian. Every person I met with was genuinely enthusiastic, intelligent, and eager to learn about me and share about the team. Each round made me more curious and excited about the opportunity and I felt like the process was more of a conversation than an interview. It's clear that the talent at Atlassian is top-notch and I'm grateful that my recruiter reached out to me about the role!

1 - Recruiter Call - basic interview about expereince 2 - Your Sales Manager Interview to get to know you - they'll ask you about some deals youre working on but mostly trying to gage personality 3 - Values interview with a random employee not in Sales - They will ask questions about each Value of Atlassian and for you to give examples of that 4 - Role play with 2 sales managers - they want you to do a deep dive discovery call - make sure to take up the full time and mostly ask questions - do not recommend anything until the very end

Unprofessional, not heads up on the interview just a message of “hey can you chat?” and they take for ever to get back to anyone. I actually had to follow up to confirm my second interview, very unprofessional recruitment team no sense of urgency. Happy I went somewhere else
