Interview
Recruiters and interviewers were very nice and fast to respond throughout the process. 1) Online coding assessment. 2) Live coding with an interviewer. 3) System design (but mostly a similar live coding) with an interviewer. 4) Behavioral/Values interview, but it's more like walking through your resume. The coding assessments were pretty easy. Behavioral questions go something like the usual "tell us about a time when..." questions, then further questions about why did you make that decision during that project/experience.

Interview was smooth. Technical round first then behavioral. Friendly interviewers. Technical round was a leetcode medium but they expected to be optimized to pass certain edge cases.Behavioral interview was prertty standard and was mainly about their company values.

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
